Blonde Hair Care | Watch Out For Two Worst Enemies of Your Sparkling Locks

blonde hair care

Blonde is beautiful and sure it is. However, like everything beautiful, preserving the same is a task we must care. It can be a hassle to lock the same lustrous glow in your blonde given the innumerable things you need to keep in mind. Fret not Goldilocks, we have just targeted here TWO worst enemies of your glittering gold. Also, we have given you a real simple cheat-sheet that will help you maintain your blonde tresses sparkling forever and truly shine like a diva everyday.

Blazing or Not, Heat

Who doesn’t love that warmth once in a while, but hey sunshine, for your hair’s sake, avoid the sun. Heat is your shining gold’s biggest enemy; even all that heat-styling that you love so much. It will leave your hair looking like dry straw on your head (sorry, for being this mean, but that’s how it looks like gurl!).

What you can do:

❤ If you still got to step out in sun, use UV protection spray and wear that cute hat that you always wanted to flaunt.

❤ Use your blow dryer on a cooler setting and when styling, don’t forget to apply heat protectant spray.

❤ Do try a nice updo, braid or a classy bun when you have a bad hair day.

Dehydration

Blonde strands can be irritatingly dry and brittle. No blame on this innocent beauty, for this baby needs an equal pampering as we all do. Feed them right. Keep them hydrated.

How to do:

❤ Instead of spending dollars on salon visits, find a right purple shampoo (consult your hair-stylist to choose the shampoo that is just made for you) and conditioner for you.

❤ Invest in a good leave-in conditioner and/or deep repair mask that suits you right.

❤ You can even use hair oil for fine hair (equally good for light hair).

❤ Additionally, use a cotton t-shirt to dry your wet hair. Friction with a towel can cause frizz and unnecessary dryness, but the soft cotton of a t-shirt will keep natural moisture in your hair.

Here’s Another Silent Enemy too – Chemicals

The chemicals can make you look like an anime character. She looks stunning in her cartoon avatar, but we highly doubt how those green hair will look flowing down your head.

Solution

❤ Don’t forget to wet your hair using bottled water before stepping in the swimming pool. Wet hair won’t soak up the chlorine in the water, which can turn your blonde hair green.

❤ Same ways, treat your water supply if it has any hint of copper.

There you are! Ward off these enemies and you will see how this lustrous gold swings to your tunes.
